The hotel had amazing rooms with a large bed and all necessary facilities in line with the description. However, it would have been nice to have more natural light, especially during the colder months. The lack of air conditioning and no in-room coffee or tea facilities were slight drawbacks. The service was very friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist. The location was excellent, being close to main attractions but a bit out of the way from the old town and the castle. The dining experience offered good options but lacked some common items, and the facilities were overall good.
